Arcadia has developed a “No-Limit Curriculum” where subjects are used as a medium
to develop life-skills. While the main focus is on developing these life-skills,
learning will happen along the way. Mrs. Lata Kothari (founder & Principal) of Arcadia
Academy a venture of Arcadia Academy Educational Society (Regd.). She came from
Kalimpong a quite resort rested amongst the mighty Himalayas in the district of
Darjeeling (west Bengal). She started as an Educationist in 1983 with the Vision
of Providing Quality Education. On 5th July 1996 she laid the foundation of Arcadia
Academy Co-Educational English Medium School With the objective of giving learning
in the 21st century. She attributes her strength to carry on, qualities of patience,
devotion and faithfulness to her institution.
Arcadia is a symbol of united family of devoted Individual, which has grown up to
a large group of members as on date, with trust of more than 5000 + Students and
parents since 1996.The School is in parallel with Indian values, spiritualism &
hard work under the efficient directions of Mrs. Lata Kothari.
